Our Academy SaaS helps sports academies manage their day-to-day operations including athletes, coaches, attendance, batches, fee collection, assessments, communication and reports through one platform.
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to grow Sportzzbook's Academy SaaS business across Delhi/NCR.
You will work closely with sports academies, academy owners and coaches—understanding their requirements, introducing Sportzzbook, conducting product demos and building long-term business relationships.
What You'll Do
Identify and connect with sports academies across Delhi/NCR
Build relationships with academy owners and decision-makers
Conduct meetings and product demonstrations
Understand academy requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Manage follow-ups, proposals and business closures
Develop recent partnerships and business opportunities
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Work closely with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding
Represent Sportzzbook at relevant sports events and industry meetings
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
Good communication and presentation skills
Comfortable with meetings, networking and field visits
Ability to understand and present technology products
Self-driven and comfortable working with targets
Interest in Sports + Technology is a robust advantage
Experience in SaaS, SportsTech, EdTech or institutional sales will be preferred

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
