Job Summary
College Vidya is hiring Admission Counsellors with experience in Online UG/PG Admissions and Academic Counselling. The candidate will be responsible for counselling working professionals and students, handling qualified leads, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and working specialists for Online UG/PG Degree Programs.
Understand career goals and recommend suitable university/program options.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, follow-ups, objections, and negotiations.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain lead and follow-up records in LeadSquared CRM.
Guide candidates throughout the admission and registration process.
Mandatory Performance Metrics
200+ unique calls/dials per day
Minimum 2 hours talk time per day
8–12 admissions per month
₹5–7 Lakhs monthly revenue
Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in Online Education Sales / UG-PG Admissions / Academic Counselling.
Strong communication, counselling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Experience with LeadSquared or other CRM tools preferred.
Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to convert leads.
Graduate in any discipline.
