Job Description: Telecaller – SaaS & IT Software Sales

Department: Sales & Business Development
Reporting To: Sales Manager / GrowthX Manager

Role Purpose

To generate leads, connect with potential customers, promote TBO’s SaaS products and IT software solutions, schedule product demonstrations, and support the sales team in converting prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses to introduce TBO’s SaaS products and software solutions.
Generate qualified leads through telecalling, follow-ups, and prospect databases.
Understand customer requirements and explain relevant product features and perks.
Schedule appointments and product demonstrations with the sales or technical team.
Follow up with interested prospects to maintain engagement and move them through the sales pipeline.
Coordinate with the sales and implementation teams to support deal closures.
Maintain accurate call records, lead status, follow-ups, and appointment details in the CRM.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, appointments,



and sales conversions.

Required Skills
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Confidence in making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
Basic understanding of IT software, SaaS products, or a willingness to learn.
Valuable follow-up, coordination, and customer relationship skills.
Ability to work with targets and maintain accurate CRM records.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of calls made per day.
Number of qualified leads generated.
Number of appointments and product demos booked.
Follow-up effectiveness and lead conversion rate.
Number of sales closures supported or achieved.
Monthly sales target achievement.

Success in This Role

The telecaller is expected to generate leads, book appointments, nurture prospects, and close sales with support from the sales and technical teams, contributing directly to TBO’s SaaS subscription growth.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per hour
