Raw Material (RM) Dispatch
Coordinate the dispatch and transfer of raw materials as per approved requirements.
Verify material names, codes, batch numbers, quantities, and labels before dispatch.
Ensure material is released by Quality Control/Quality Assurance wherever required.
Maintain material movement records and relevant dispatch documentation.
Ensure proper packaging, identification, and handling of materials.
Packaging Material (PM) Dispatch
Coordinate dispatch of packaging materials, including cartons, labels, foils, bottles, caps, and other packing components.
Verify item codes, quantities, batch/lot details, and approved specifications.
Ensure correct material is issued or dispatched against authorized requests.
Maintain proper records of material movement and stock transfers.
Prevent mix-ups, damage, and discrepancies during handling and dispatch.
Finished Product (FP) Dispatch
Coordinate finished product dispatches according to customer orders and approved delivery schedules.
Verify product name, batch number, quantity, expiry date, and packing details.




Ensure products are approved for dispatch and all required QA release checks are completed.
Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, and transport documents, as applicable.
Coordinate with transporters and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain proof of delivery (POD) and shipment tracking records.
General Responsibilities
Maintain accurate dispatch registers and ERP entries.
Coordinate with Stores, Production, QA, QC, Accounts, Sales, and Logistics departments.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GDP requirements, and applicable safety guidelines.
Monitor stock discrepancies, damaged materials, pending dispatches, and delivery delays.
Prepare daily dispatch reports and maintain proper documentation.
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the warehouse and dispatch area
