We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our services, generate leads, build relationships with customers, and expand our presence in Mannargudi and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities
Promote Kalam Home Care's services to potential customers through field visits.
Generate leads and enquiries from hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, medical professionals, and local communities.
Visit hospitals, doctors' clinics, and other relevant locations to build professional relationships.
Explain home healthcare services to patients and their families.
Identify new business opportunities and develop referral networks.
Distribute brochures and promotional materials to potential customers.
Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain daily records of field visits, enquiries, and leads generated.




Achieve monthly marketing targets and contribute to business growth.
Conduct local promotional activities to increase brand awareness.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel within Mannargudi and nearby areas.
Ability to interact confidently with customers and healthcare specialists.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and calling.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and enthusiastic about field marketing.
Previous experience in field sales, marketing, healthcare marketing, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
