Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Event Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Independently generate recent leads and identify potential clients for events.
Convert leads into confirmed business and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
Prepare event proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Coordinate with the events team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
Maintain sales reports, lead trackers, and client databases.
Identify recent business opportunities to increase revenue.
Candidate Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, events, or corporate sales.
Must have experience in self-lead generation and sales conversion.
Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Agile, confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
