We are seeking an experienced Labeller Operator to operate and maintain labelling machines in a manufacturing or packaging unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate label placement, consistent product presentation, and smooth operation of the labelling line while meeting production and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor automatic or semi-automatic labelling machines.
Set up the machine and adjust labelling parameters according to product and packaging requirements.
Ensure correct label positioning, alignment, and application on bottles or containers.
Check label quality, batch details, printing, and overall packaging appearance.
Perform routine machine cleaning, inspection, and basic maintenance.
Identify and troubleshoot common machine issues to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain product quality and achieve production targets.
Maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures in the production area.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of experience operating labelling machines.
Experience in a manufacturing, bottling, or packaging industry preferred.
Knowledge of machine setup, label roll changing, alignment, and basic troubleshooting.
Positive attention to detail and quality standards.
