Job Title: Senior Executive – Credit Control & Payment Collection

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented skilled to manage outstanding payments, monitor credit periods, and ensure timely collections from dealers and business partners through effective coordination with the Sales and Accounts Teams.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily meetings with Sales Personnel to review outstanding balances, payment commitments, and collection targets.
Follow up with dealers and distributors to ensure payments are received within agreed credit terms (6, 7, 15 days, or as applicable).
Monitor overdue accounts, track pending payments, and ensure timely clearance of outstanding balances.




Coordinate with Sales and Accounts Teams to resolve payment delays and collection-related issues.
Maintain accurate daily reports of outstanding amounts, collections, and overdue payments.
Escalate delayed payments and ensure consistent follow-up until closure.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or Outstanding Payment Collection.
Solid communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and outstanding payment reporting.
Experience in B2B distribution, telecom, electronics, or FMCG will be preferred.
