Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Shift Incharge – Production for our Chocolate Division. The candidate will be responsible for managing shift-wise production activities, ensuring product quality, achieving production targets, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities during the assigned shift in the chocolate manufacturing division.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor chocolate manufacturing and processing operations, including mixing, refining, conching, tempering, moulding, enrobing, and packaging, as applicable.
Handle manpower allocation, shift scheduling, and workforce productivity.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, GMP, and HACCP standards.
Monitor machine performance, minimize downtime,



and coordinate with the maintenance team for troubleshooting.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and material consumption reports.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams for smooth operations.
Identify process improvements to reduce wastage and improve production efficiency.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Engineer Graduate/Diploma in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in production, preferably in chocolate, confectionery, or food manufacturing.
Robust knowledge of chocolate manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality standards.
Experience in shift management, manpower handling, and production reporting.
Positive problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
