Role Description This is a full-time, in office Accountant role based in Jodhpur. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including recording entries in the accounting system, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking receivables and payables, assisting with payroll calculations, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role also involves preparing basic financial reports, coordinating with internal teams and external auditors, ensuring compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements,



and maintaining accurate documentation for all financial activities.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in general accounting, ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
Candidates should possess skills in preparing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting payroll processing.
Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting, budgeting support, and basic cash-flow tracking.
Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, and other standard office productivity tools.
Candidates should possess attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to maintain organized financial records.
Candidates should possess solid communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with operational and management teams in office in Jodhpur.
Relevant education such as a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is preferred; prior experience in manufacturing or trading environments is an advantage.
