Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller cum Counsellor to handle customer enquiries, counsel prospective clients or students, and follow up on leads.
Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers or students.
Explain courses, services, fees, and other relevant details.
Counsel candidates and help them make informed decisions.
Follow up on enquiries and convert interested leads.
Maintain daily calling records and follow-up reports.
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may apply; experience is an advantage.
