Qualification : Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and verify client bills, contractor bills, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
Interpret civil drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Perform rate analysis, cost estimation, and quantity calculations.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients for measurements and bill certification.
Maintain billing records, measurement books (MB), and project cost reports.
Support project cost control, audits, and timely bill submission.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction billing, preferably in infrastructure and government projects.
Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, rate analysis, and billing procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
Positive analytical, communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
