Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive for our solar renewable energy projects. The role involves generating leads through outbound calls, communicating with prospective customers, and identifying business opportunities for solar energy solutions.
This is an office-based job. No fieldwork or site visits are required.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound calls.
Introduce solar energy solutions to prospective customers.
Identify customer requirements and assess their interest.
Follow up with potential customers and generate business opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records and lead details.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate candidates preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Ability to communicate in Malayalam, Tamil, and Kannada is required.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
