Job Description
Recruit candidates for sales executives, field sales officers, collection executives, promoters, store staff, and other frontline positions.
Source candidates through field visits, references, social media, and local hiring networks.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
Support walk-in interviews, local recruitment drives, and job fairs.
Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and follow up with candidates until onboarding.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Handle bulk hiring requirements for NBFC, mobile, and retail businesses.
