Role Description

This is a full time, in office Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Delhi, India. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will plan, create, and schedule content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with each client’s brand voice and objectives. Responsibilities include managing daily posting calendars, writing copy, briefing designers, coordinating with internal teams, and engaging with online communities through comments, messages, and conversations.



The specialist will track and analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations. The role also involves monitoring social trends, identifying opportunities for campaigns, and supporting broader digital and integrated marketing initiatives as part of a collaborative, idea-driven team.

Responsibilities:
Manage and handle social media platforms effectively
Coordinate with influencers and manage collaborations
Maintain valuable client communication and relationship management
Create and execute social media strategies and campaigns
Stay updated with latest social media trends and market insights
Coordinate content planning, posting schedules, and engagement activities
Open and comfortable for shoots / site shoots when required

Requirements:
3-6years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in dealing with clients and creators
Creative mindset with understanding of digital trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Open for site shoots and on-ground coordination
