FIELD JOB - NOT A DESK JOB. You will be on the road visiting clinics and hospitals every day on your own 2-wheeler. Apply only if you are comfortable with outdoor field sales.

Role & responsibilities
Identify and meet decision-makers (owners, doctors, administrators) at clinics and hospitals across Visakhapatnam.
Present and demonstrate the MedYFlow AI software on your laptop and explain how it helps their practice.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals and follow-ups.
Negotiate, close deals and hand over onboarding details to the team.
Maintain a record of visits, leads and follow-ups, and report progress daily.
Build long-term relationships with healthcare clients.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any stream. Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome.
Fluent in speaking both Telugu and English. Required.
Own 2-wheeler with valid driving licence and own laptop. Required.
Comfortable with daily field travel across Vizag.
Confident, persistent and target-driven.




Prior sales experience in healthcare, software or B2B is a plus, not a requirement.

Work type
Field-based role with adaptable working hours. Output is measured by targets, not fixed hours.

Compensation
Fixed monthly salary of Rs 12,000 to 14,000, plus a travel allowance of Rs 2,500 per month.
Commission on every client closed. You can earn Rs 18,000 to 25,000 per month or even more with commission, based on your results.
Commission is not capped, so earnings grow with the number and size of clients you bring in.
The first 3 months are a probation period. After that, full time based on your performance.
