Job Description – Customer Delight Executive

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: Freshers to 3 years (preferred)

Key Requirements

Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English and the local language (Tamil).

Presentable Appearance: Well-groomed, qualified, and confident personality.

Convincing Skills: Robust persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and homeowners.

Customer Query Handling: Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly.

Post-Handover Support: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues related to apartment handover and modifications.

Follow-up & Coordination:



Regularly follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of their concerns.

Interpersonal Skills: Friendly attitude, patience, active listening, and a customer-focused approach.

Documentation: Maintain customer feedback, complaint records, and follow-up updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.

Confident in face-to-face customer interactions.

Valuable convincing and problem-solving abilities.

Real estate or customer service experience will be an added advantage.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
