Store Manager / Inventory Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager / Inventory Manager for our PEB manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for overall store operations, inventory control, material management, and coordination with production, purchase, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall plant store and inventory operations.
Maintain accurate records of raw materials, consumables, finished goods, and spare parts.
Ensure proper inward and outward material handling with documentation.
Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory to avoid shortages or excess stock.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC, and Dispatch departments for smooth material flow.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
Ensure proper storage, stacking, identification, and preservation of materials.
Maintain ERP/system entries for GRN, issue slips, stock transfer, and inventory tracking.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Control material wastage, shortages, and inventory discrepancies.
Manage FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.




Handle vendor material receipt and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in stores.
Lead and supervise store staff and material handlers.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of store operations and inventory management.
Experience in ERP/SAP or inventory management software.
Valuable understanding of PEB/Steel/Manufacturing materials.
Knowledge of stock audit and reconciliation processes.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Valuable leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Qualification
Graduate / Diploma in Material Management, Supply Chain, Mechanical, or related field.

Experience
5 to 12 years of experience in Store & Inventory Management in PEB, steel structure, fabrication, engineering, or manufacturing industry preferred.
