Role & responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 8 years of experience.
Handle Investor Reporting, MIS & financial reporting.
Lead financial due diligence for investors and fundraising.
Support fundraising activities with financial data, reports & documentation.
Coordinate with investors, advisors & stakeholders during fundraising and due diligence.
Prepare investor-related reports, financial metrics & business updates.
Preferred candidate profile:
Candidates from Product based startups will be preferred.
