Roles & Responsibility :
Field Visits: Perform door-to-door visits to customer homes and workplaces to collect overdue loan/EMI payments.
Customer Negotiation: Counsel delinquent customers, explain repayment terms, and negotiate realistic payment plans or settlements.
Payment Collection: Collect funds via cash, cheque, or digital payment links and issue immediate receipts.
Tracing Accounts: Trace untraceable or moved customers using local inquiry and updated contact details.
Reporting & Feedback: Maintain daily visit logs, update customer status (Promise-to-Pay), and record reasons for default.
Compliance: Follow regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI norms) and strict ethical standards during all field interactions.
Pay: ₹16,666.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
