Position: Aptitude Trainer – Training & Placement Cell
Department: Training & Placement
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MBA or any relevant postgraduate degree
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in aptitude/placement training, preferably in engineering colleges.

Key Responsibilities
Train engineering students in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical & Analytical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation.
Prepare students for campus placement aptitude tests conducted by IT/Core companies.
Conduct regular practice sessions, mock tests and company-specific assessments.
Train students in problem-solving techniques, shortcuts, time management and test-taking strategies.
Identify students' skill gaps through assessments and provide remedial/special training.
Prepare aptitude training materials, question banks, worksheets and online assessments.
Maintain batch-wise training, attendance, assessment and performance records.




Track students' progress and submit periodic reports to the Training & Placement Officer/Management.
Coordinate with placement trainers, department coordinators and faculty for placement-readiness programmes.
Keep training content updated according to current recruitment and campus placement patterns.

Required Skills

Robust command of Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning, excellent numerical and analytical ability, positive communication and classroom-handling skills, and the ability to train large batches of engineering students effectively.

Preferred: Candidates with proven experience in improving students' aptitude-test performance and placement conversion rates. Residents of Coimbatore district only

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
