Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple stores and drive sales to achieve business targets.
Monitor store performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Lead, motivate, and guide Store Managers and their teams.
Ensure excellent customer service and store presentation.
Monitor inventory, stock accuracy, and compliance with company SOPs.
Conduct regular store visits and review sales reports.
Coordinate with HR and other departments for smooth store operations.
Requirements:
5–8 years of retail experience, preferably in jewellery or premium retail.
Experience in multi-store management and team leadership.
Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across assigned store locations.
