Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (GRE) - Waiting Lounge
5 days working - Weekend off
Working Hours: 7:45 AM to 5:50 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in the waiting lounge.
Ensure a positive and qualified guest experience.
Address guest queries and provide information as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest handling.
Monitor guest comfort and promptly resolve concerns.
