We are looking for a motivated Education Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses, handle enquiries, and support them throughout the admission process.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience:
Freshers can apply.
Experience in education counselling, student admissions, or sales is preferred.

Essential Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Solid interpersonal and counselling skills.
Valuable follow-up, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle student enquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins.
Provide guidance on courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain accurate student records and update enquiry status in the ERP/CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Achieve admission targets and prepare daily activity reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
