Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Internal Sales & Follow-up Manager to manage internal sales coordination, client follow-ups, lead tracking, and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, coordination, and follow-up skills to ensure timely responses, smooth workflow, and effective customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage regular follow-ups with clients, prospects, and internal teams to ensure timely responses and closures.
Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-up schedules, and sales reports.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending payments, proposals, orders, and other business requirements.
Coordinate with operations, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely completion within defined timelines.
Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS reports related to sales follow-ups and operational activities.
Handle customer queries and ensure prompt resolution by coordinating with the concerned teams.
Identify gaps in the follow-up process and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
Support management in monitoring team performance, workflow, and operational targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications in business administration or management will be an advantage.
3–5 years of experience in internal sales, sales coordination, client follow-ups, or operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Experience in maintaining MIS reports, trackers, and client databases.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
