Key responsibilities.
Platform and product management:
Manage and update the company's e-commerce website and product listings.
Optimize the online platform for a seamless user experience.
Marketing and sales:
Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Analyse sales data to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Develop and implement tactics to increase online sales conversions.
Customer and logistics support:
Manage customer inquiries and provide timely support.
Coordinate with logistics for order fulfilment and delivery.
Ensure a smooth customer journey from browsing to post-purchase.
Analysis and strategy:




Monitor and analyse online sales performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and qualifications.
Skills: Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with e-commerce platforms and back-office software, and positive communication skills for coordinating with other teams.
Qualifications: A background in e-commerce operations, a degree in a related field like marketing or business, or equivalent experience are common.
