1)Day-to-day production planning, execution, and monitoring. 2)Supervise housekeeping, workplace discipline, safety practices, and proper utilization of machinery and equipment on the factory floor. 3)Manpower allocation and supervision according to production requirements, workload, and employee skills. 4)Ensure availability and proper utilization of raw materials, components, packing materials, tools, and other production requirements in coordination with Stores and Purchase. 5)Ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings, work instructions, SOPs, and process requirements. 6)Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Maintenance, Dispatch, and Management to ensure uninterrupted production and timely dispatch. 7)Maintain and monitor daily production records, manpower records, material consumption, wastage, and production reports. 8)Supervise housekeeping, workplace discipline, safety practices,



and proper utilization of machinery and equipment on the factory floor. 9)Train and guide workers regarding production processes, assembly methods, work instructions, and protected working practices. 10)Identify production-related problems and coordinate with management for process improvement, productivity improvement, and reduction of wastage. 11)Preferable knowledge of plastic products, assembly processes, manufacturing operations, and basic production machinery.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
