Solid experience in Securities Law and Capital Markets
Positive knowledge of SEBI regulations and applicable regulatory framework
Experience in corporate legal matters
Exposure to litigation management
Strong experience in contract drafting and review
Experience in regulatory compliance
Candidates from Stock Exchanges, Financial Services, Banking, NBFCs, Investment Banking, or Regulatory Organizations would be preferred
