Role Description The Artist Management Specialist at Showtales is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities for artists, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with venues, partners, and production teams. The Specialist will manage artist portfolios, oversee release timelines, support music promotion campaigns, and help identify performance and collaboration opportunities. The role includes maintaining clear and consistent communication with artists, tracking deliverables, and ensuring that commitments and contracts are honored.



The Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to align creative, production, and marketing efforts with each artist’s career strategy.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Artist Management and Music Management to oversee careers, schedules, and professional relationships.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with artists, partners, venues, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Music and Music Production to understand creative processes and support project planning.
Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple projects.
Relevant experience in the music or entertainment industry, including managing or coordinating artist-related activities, is highly beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in music, entertainment management, business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work in office in Mumbai, maintain professional relationships, and adapt to a fast-paced, agile setting.
