Role & responsibilities
Edit high-quality real estate videos, property walkthroughs, project showcases, and promotional videos.
Create engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Design creative graphics, social media posts, thumbnails, and marketing creatives.
Develop motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative content aligned with the brand.
Maintain high standards of visual quality, storytelling, and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
Solid knowledge of video editing, graphic designing, motion graphics,



and animations.
Prior experience in creating real estate videos and property-related content is highly preferred.
Knowledge of colour grading, sound editing, transitions, and visual effects.
Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
A solid portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design work is required.

Preferred Candidate: An all-rounder who can independently manage video editing, graphics, motion design, and real estate content creation.
