Role & responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire customers for car loan products through field visits, referrals, dealerships, and channel partners.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
Collect and verify customer documents and ensure accurate loan application processing.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and dealer teams for timely loan approval and disbursement.
Maintain customer relationships, achieve business targets, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
3 and more years of experience in car loan sales, auto finance, banking, NBFC, or direct sales.
Solid communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Valuable understanding of car loan products, documentation, and sales processes.
