We are looking for a Regional HR qualified with robust expertise in Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned regions for a Housing Finance Company. The role will focus on manpower planning, high-volume hiring, coordination with business teams and ensuring timely recruitment to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned branches and regions.
Drive high-volume hiring for frontline and field-level positions across sales, credit, collections and operations.
Coordinate with business heads and branch teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Build candidate pipelines through Naukri, employee referrals, consultants, local sourcing and market mapping.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies and achievement of recruitment targets within defined TAT.
Support recent branch openings, business expansion and workforce ramp-up through effective hiring.
Track recruitment MIS, open positions, joining ratios, offer dropouts and sourcing effectiveness.
Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiations and follow-ups until joining.
Develop local talent networks and maintain a database of relevant candidates from HFCs and NBFCs.
