Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain skilled communication with customers.
Update customer information and call details in the CRM system.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and call-handling procedures.
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
