Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for marketing, creative, and digital roles — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build inclusive job descriptions, and design interview playbooks.
Manage ATS workflows, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless, brand-aligned candidate experience.
Coordinate onboarding logistics, induction programs, and first-week success for new hires across creative teams.
Support HR operations including policy documentation, employee data management, and compliance tracking.




Champion employer branding initiatives — from career page content to social campaigns that attract top creative talent.
