Role & responsibilities : Regional Sales

Preferred candidate profile Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets across the West Zone.

• Identify and acquire recent channel partners for Ozar Tool Brand

• Develop business opportunities with existing customers and expand the

company's customer base.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, customer

meetings, product presentations, quotations, negotiations, and order

closure.

• Identify potential distributors and dealers partnerships to improve

regional market coverage.

• Conduct regular customer visits, market surveys, and competitor

analysis to identify new business opportunities.

• Understand customer technical and commercial requirements and

coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.

• Prepare sales forecasts, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and submit

periodic sales reports.

• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, customer

feedback, and outstanding payments.

• Coordinate with Operations and finance teams to ensure customer

satisfaction and timely order execution.





• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining healthy margins and

long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Solid B2B sales and industrial business development experience.

• Proven ability to generate new business and independently close sales.

• Experience in selling industrial products, engineering products,

machinery, equipment, components, or manufacturing solutions.

• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.

• Understanding of technical specifications, commercial proposals,

pricing, and order processing.

• Ability to identify market opportunities and develop current customer

accounts.

• Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and sales reporting.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and

other assigned West Zone markets.
