Role & responsibilities
Develop backend modules using Go (Golang) and REST/JSON APIs.
Build responsive frontend interfaces using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
Design and manage PostgreSQL databases, transactions and financial workflows.
Integrate third-party APIs for KYC, payments, banking and lending systems.
Implement secure authentication, role-based access, testing and debugging.
Use AI coding tools to improve development, testing and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid hands-on experience in Golang, React.js, Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, database transactions and Git.
Experience with unit/integration testing and secure coding practices.
Proficiency in AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code or Codex.
Understanding of fintech, lending, loan management or financial integrations is preferred.

Valuable to Have: NBFC/MFI, LOS/LMS, CEL, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS and payment gateway integrations.
