Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The person in this role will create and refine visual concepts for packaging, branding, marketing materials, and digital assets, ensuring consistency with client and company brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include designing logos and brand elements, developing layouts and typographic treatments, preparing print-ready and digital files, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and production teams. The Senior Graphic Designer will review and improve design work from other team members,



provide creative direction, and help maintain quality standards across all visual outputs. This role also involves managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and contributing to design strategy and brand positioning.

Qualifications
Robust skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating packaging and brand-related work.
Ability to create and refine Logo Design and Branding concepts that align with client and company objectives.
Proficiency in Typography, including layout design, hierarchy, and readability for print and digital formats.
Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other relevant software).
Experience leading or mentoring design teams, providing constructive feedback, and upholding visual standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Robust communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
