Job Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a team of 5 sales executives.
Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Train team members to improve sales performance.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain daily sales reports and coordinate with management.
Handle customer queries and convert leads into bookings.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales, domestic holiday packages, or telesales.
Team-handling experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Robust customer-handling and lead-conversion skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and valuable at team management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
