We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of Teamcenter solutions. The candidate will lead a team of developers and consultants, work closely with business stakeholders, and ensure successful deployment and optimization of PLM solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, configuration, and deployment of Teamcenter solutions.
Provide technical leadership for Teamcenter implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and IT to understand PLM requirements.
Manage Teamcenter architecture, customization, and data model configuration.
Lead development activities using Teamcenter ITK, SOA, AWC, and BMIDE.
Oversee system integration with enterprise systems such as SAP, CAD tools, and other enterprise applications.
Guide team members on best practices, coding standards, and system performance optimization.
Support release management, deployment, and setting configuration.
Troubleshoot complex Teamcenter issues and system performance challenges.
Participate in client discussions, solution design,



and technical documentation.
Mentor junior developers and coordinate development activities.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience in PLM implementation with solid expertise in Teamcenter.
Hands-on experience with:
Teamcenter ITK
BMIDE customization
Active Workspace (AWC)
SOA services
Workflow & Data Model configuration
Experience with Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Knowledge of CAD integrations such as NX, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP systems like SAP.
Solid understanding of PLM architecture and product lifecycle processes.
Experience leading development teams and coordinating with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Teamcenter 4-tier architecture.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
Experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial engineering domains.
Certification in Siemens Teamcenter is a plus.

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
