Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised, analytical, and execution-oriented Program Manager to work closely with the Business Unit Head and drive operational excellence across the Startup Business Unit.

This role requires someone who can build structured processes from scratch, establish a robust operating rhythm, track business performance, and ensure cross-functional teams deliver on their commitments.

Key Responsibilities
Business Reviews & Operating Cadence: Coordinate daily stand-ups and weekly business reviews; prepare agendas and pre-reads in advance.
Action Tracking & Accountability: Maintain a central action tracker and decision log, assign transparent owners and deadlines, and follow up on overdue items until closure.
Business Performance & Metrics: Track key business metrics, validate numbers, identify gaps, and ensure operational reporting aligns with Finance data.
Stakeholder Management:



Work closely with the Business Unit Head and cross-functional teams to resolve blockers, drive decisions, and ensure timely execution.
Process Building: Build and improve operating processes, reporting systems, dashboards, and workflows from the ground up.
Problem Solving: Identify root causes behind delays or performance gaps and drive practical, data-backed solutions.
Leadership Support: Shadow the Business Unit Head in business reviews and progressively take ownership of the operating cadence.
Tools & Automation: Use spreadsheets and business tools to streamline tracking, reporting, and follow-ups; learn current tools quickly as required.

Requirements
Experience in program management, business operations, PMO, strategy & operations, or a similar execution-focused role.
Strong ownership and the ability to drive tasks to closure without constant supervision.
Excellent stakeholder management and follow-up skills, including handling senior stakeholders professionally.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with business metrics, spreadsheets, and financial data.
