Role Description This is an in office Social Media Manager internship role based in Mumbai. The Social Media Manager intern will support the planning and execution of social media calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring content is aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts and captions, curating visual content with the creative team, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and monitoring comments and messages to maintain active community engagement. The intern will track basic performance metrics, assist in developing content ideas for fashion, jewelry, and lifestyle clients,



and coordinate with the PR and influencer teams to amplify campaigns on social channels. This internship provides hands-on experience in social media marketing within a boutique brand communications environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages.
Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan social media calendars and support campaign development.
Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok or Reels) and current digital trends is beneficial.
Robust attention to detail, creativity, and an interest in fashion, jewelry, and lifestyle brands are advantageous.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate within a small team, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines is required.
Relevant academic background or training in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
