Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced qualified to manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) inventory, inventory control, and material flow in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage WIP inventory, inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and cycle counts.
Drive scrap reduction and material utilization improvements.
Ensure timely material feeding, kitting, and production support.
Handle SAP transactions, inventory variance postings, and Manufacturing Order (MO) closure.
Monitor non-backflush materials, KTE process compliance, and TDM violations.
Drive Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in WIP Management, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Production Planning, or Supply Chain.
Hands-on SAP experience in inventory and manufacturing transactions.
Experience in EMS, semiconductor, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing preferred.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
