Role Description This is a full time, on-site Admission Counsellor role based in Navi Mumbai. The Admission Counsellor will engage with prospective students and families, explain academic programs and admission processes, and guide them through application and enrollment steps. Day-to-day tasks include conducting counseling sessions, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, maintaining accurate records of leads and admissions, and providing regular follow-up to potential applicants. The role also involves coordinating with academic staff, participating in outreach or information sessions, and supporting basic administrative tasks related to admissions.



The Admission Counsellor is expected to contribute to enrollment targets while maintaining a supportive and ethical approach to student guidance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with students and families.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, respectful, and solution-oriented support to prospective learners.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert inquiries into admissions while maintaining a consultative and student-focused approach.
Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience to understand academic programs, curricula, and student needs.
Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools, robust organizational and time-management skills, ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams, and prior experience in counseling, admissions, or education services.
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; experience in education counseling or admissions may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
