About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, target-driven, and empathetic Admission Counselor to join our growing team. As the direct point of contact for prospective students and working professionals, you will be responsible for understanding their career aspirations and guiding them toward the best educational and upskilling pathways offered by D Succeed Learners.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Initiate outbound tele-counseling calls to warm and cold prospective student leads.
Student Counselling: Conduct extensive career counseling sessions to understand learner requirements, academic backgrounds, and skilled goals.
Program Pitching: Present detailed information about our courses, certification advantages, curriculum schedules, and fee structures.
Objection Handling: Confidently address student and parent queries, clear up doubts, and negotiate fee payment plans to drive successful enrollments.
Pipeline Management:



Maintain effective day-to-day data entry and follow-ups within our standard CRM tools.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly enrollment goals and student satisfaction parameters.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in Ed-tech sales, customer service, or academic admissions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Skills: Proficient in consultative sales, active listening, and relationship management.
Tools: Basic comfort working with MS Office, Google Workspace, and sales CRM software.
Mindset: Highly resilient, driven by targets, and deeply student-centric

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
