Job Description

Ensure timely material availability for uninterrupted production.
Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
Ensure production plan adherence and optimize capacity utilization.
Manage MRP, material planning and inventory levels.
Control RM, WIP and FG inventory to optimum levels.
Ensure accurate inventory, stock reconciliation and cycle counting.
Manage warehouse operations, material receipt, storage and issue.
Ensure timely line feeding and effective material flow to production.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Engineering and vendors for material availability.
Monitor material shortages, excess/obsolete inventory and drive corrective actions.
Drive FIFO, 5S, safety and warehouse discipline.
Monitor PPC, inventory and material management KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Lead and develop the Stores & PPC team for effective execution
