Role & responsibilities
Generate recent business through field sales and customer acquisition.
Identify potential customers and explain suitable life insurance products.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Conduct field visits and follow up with prospective customers.
Develop business through referrals and lead generation.
Maintain customer records and provide timely updates to the reporting manager.
Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate.
1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in BFSI, banking, insurance, telecom, or pharma sales.
Age : 22 - 33
Salary: 3 LPA to 6 LPA, based on experience
