Role Description This is an in office internship role for a Marketing and Sales Intern based in Mumbai. The intern will assist in identifying potential clients, supporting outbound and inbound sales activities, and tracking leads and opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, gathering and analyzing customer and competitor data, and helping build and refine marketing strategies and campaigns. The intern will support the sales team with presentations, proposals, and follow-up communication, while also helping to maintain positive customer relationships.



The role may involve coordination of marketing events or digital initiatives and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze data and contribute to campaign planning.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including lead generation support, basic negotiation, and follow-up activities.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and common business software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools) is beneficial.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
