Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, team management, and customer service skills, along with the ability to maintain service quality and ensure smooth restaurant functioning.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
Supervise restaurant staff, including service personnel, stewards, and front-of-house employees.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
Monitor food service quality, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift allocation.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and restaurant supplies.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Assist in managing restaurant sales, operational expenses, and cost control.
Support promotional activities and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and revenue.




Train and guide staff to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.
Prepare daily reports related to sales, staff performance, and restaurant operations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations or hospitality.
Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role is preferred.
Knowledge of restaurant service standards, food safety, and operational procedures.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
