Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure site safety by enforcing safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and reporting incidents.
Oversee construction activities in office to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues related to material availability, labor shortages, or equipment malfunctions.
Conduct quality control checks to identify defects or deviations from standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage site documentation including daily reports, logs, and records.
