What youll actually do
Call Inbound leads only people who have already enquired
Understand the patient’s pain problem, listen properly and explain how we can help
Book them for a consultation at the clinic – and make sure they actually turn up
Chase leads who didn’t pick up, said “later”, or no-show. Persistence is most of the job
Keep clean notes on every lead in the CRM. So nothing slips through
Feedback what you hear on calls to the marketing team
Who are we looking for
Fluent in Kannada and English. You will switch between both language all the day
Phone sales experience is enough. Insurance, edtech, loans, real estate, hospital, clinics
Patient and warm with people in pain
Based in Bangalore and willing to work from office at Koramangala
Comfortable with Whatsapp, Google sheet and CRM
Working days : 6 days a week. 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Work Location: Koramangala, In person

1 to 3 years of tele-sales in clinic, diagnostics, healthcare, Insurance, real-estate, loans experience
